now i do not think anyone has the rights to draw the conclusion that Wu must be punished. Before the jury makes the decision, Wu is only a suspect, which means he is innocent so far. Every suspect is assumed to be innocent before this one is indicated. How could we call Wu a killer now? Are we the jury?
An additional point, killing a human being does not necessarily result in capital punishment. There are a lot of different terms, such as manslaughter, involuntary homicide, voluntary homicide, murder and so one. Only first degree murder might be given capital punishment or life long in prison.
