因噎廢食,哪個律師？

the fact that you are not diligent enough to find a good lawyer doesn't necessarily mean there are no good lawyers in the business. Even if what you said were true, it means nothing but two things: first, there are bad lawyers there; second, you did not pay due diligence in seeking a good lawyer and in avoiding those bad. if you really want to help others, why don't you disclose that lawyer's name and warn others to avoid him/her? Simply blaming a chinese lawyer doesn't make sense to youself and to others who read your post.
