There is really nothing you can do. It is basically your words against her words. The computer print-out is useless because you would spend more money to authenticate. If you have a voice recording, it would help either because of the authentication issue. You would have to pay for a witness to authenticate the voice. If I were the judge I would toss them out with proper authentication.

Again, your best hope is to prove there was a mutual mistake made--thus no contract. But again the company will recover under theory of quantum meruit because you have the material now, unless you want to dig them out and send back to them. Quantum meruit means reasonable price so you must find other quotes to prove their price is not reasonable. Just remember one thing, any quote cannot be used unless you can lay the foundation that the material is substantially the same, and it would come from the same locality.
