car accident

高手們，最近，我從前麵到94年BMWsadan的前麵.此車在停著。我的是95年豐田。我的bumper有些變形。當時被撞車沒看出毛病。昨天他來電話，說bumper和燈（behind bumper)都壞了。這可能嗎？不知修BMW要多少錢？保險要帳好多嗎？

I just got a call from insurance company. The driver went to emergency room after accident and stated neck pain.He didn't say anything wrong when police arrived.The police didn't write a ticket because of minor accident.We just exchanged our info.Am I going to have a big trouble?I'm panic.
