求教: 銀行的失誤

求教： 我上周六同時在一家銀行開了兩個CD，銀行給了兩份 paper work。 幾天後發現， 銀行隻轉錢到了一個CD， 另一CD 的錢沒轉。 昨天去銀行告訴了他們， 銀行趕快道歉，補辦。我覺得銀行出現這樣的失誤太不可理解了，心裏非常別扭， 想做些什麽來表達一下對他們失誤的不滿。 我該做些什麽呢？
