I have the same issue. Can I ask how your friend request her ex's tax record? My attroeny said he couldn't send subpoena to IRS, and he could only send subpoena to bank and employer. Where to get the authority to request ex's IRS record? If divorce is not finalized yet and couple filed tax seperately, is W allowed to request H's tax return from IRS since he refused to pay child support and hide income?
