I have read some commercial lease agreements in Nevada. All of them has language indicated that once the business did not pay the rent, the landlord can take custody of the business merchandises or equipment and sell them to compensate the rent. Also the cost of auction might apply as well. Landlord also require personal guarantee the lease if your LLC is small.
You need go back to the original lease agreement and look into it. There are possible two places there can tell you what is going to happen. Also you might not be in Nevada, so might experiences might not apply.
