回複:醫療保險糾紛中如何用法律保護自己權益?

I would say you should go ahead and pay for the x-ray. Ultimately you should know what your insurance policy covers, not the dentistry.

All service providers will offer some options when you ask them to do something. For example, when you have your car oil change they may ask "do you want a fluid top off?". If you say yes, when you see the bill, there is $5 or maybe $10 for that bullshit top off - it is worth only 10 cents.

When asked if want an optional service, always assume you will pay extra for it. They may not mention it upfront but you need remember in this capitalist country nothing is free.
