There is nothing that bullet proof. However you can do the best to minimize your liability.

1. Dont invite anybody between 1-16 to your house. Invitee is your responsibility.

2. Fence it, cover it and make it inaccessible as possible. Get yourself certified CPR. Have emergency equipment on the spot. Post sign in visible place.

3. You want to show the court that you are physically, financially over and beyond your responsibility to ensure people's safety.

4. Insure to your eyeballs.

5. Become good buddy with your lawyer.
