想問問離婚配偶贍養費及財產問題， 在加州

還沒有真正進入離婚程序，但是已經很接近。我們倆結婚近10年，一個孩子8歲。我基本沒有工作過，他年收入大約150K。這種情況下，如果單算婚後收入，我能分到的部分基本上大約是多少？他說他買個房子給我住10年到孩子18歲，外加10K cash, then I will be on my own. 大家說是不是太離譜了? 本來還想跟他君子協議離婚，是不是太天真了？像我這種情況配偶贍養費大約應該是多少？知道應該找律師，但找之前還是想先有個底。謝謝先！
