thank you for the reminder. I checked my bill from the doctor. There is no proc code. I called the insurance company and was informed that the doctor filed claim under the title of 'infertility'. And my insurance doesn't cover this. Very funny. I was 3 months pregnant when I was talking to him. He even asked me many questions to make sure that I am doing OK. What a surprise!

I called the doctor twice today. And again his account manager told me that she didn't ask the doctor about this issue yet in the last call. Let us see what will come up.
