In CA,specaily inLA, some Asia people have a group including Doc, Lawyer etc. Like reported on TV. Make up cost and case. Make living on others.
Ask AAA 1) Are they going to send a lawyer to the court ? 2) What amount he asked. For house, if it is joining title,I think it is fine. Ask Lao Mao for the worst. Sorry I can't type Chinese.
