Don't worry. $100K is enough in this case

On contrary to the common brief that you can get rich from a car accident, it's very hard for the plaintiff to get money for personal injury. The atterney of your insurance will dig out all the medical history of the other driver and found out any pre-existing condition that matchs his symptoms. As a result, if he doesn't have a hard edivence, say MRI shows a joint dislocation, he might get $5K or $10K total. Even if he had a perfect case, it won't be more than $40K in my opinion. So your $100K coverage is way sufficient in this case.
