Is she your insurance agent or Car driver's? Your insurance company can say it is car driver's fault, but car driver's insurance company can say it is your fault (based on polic report). So you may end up not getting paid from any of the insurance company and someone needs to judge the case for you.
So at this stage, it does not mean you have WON the case.
