He is an Europerean, works for a chinese company, but live in USA. Divorce is filed in US.

Does his home country matter anything in order to get child support?

Is it illegal for his chinese company doesn't report his income to IRS in US?

Can we report him to IRS to audit his tax since he has foreign income hidden? He didn't file tax in US at all.
