您需要付這個罰款,您所提的理由都不成立. 特別是第三點,您的孩子有合法的駕照嗎?
PS: LA 機場的short term parking在路的左手邊,靠近租車還車的區域.

不過您可以要您所接的同學支付這筆錢,反正新生嗎,不欺負白不欺侮 .... :-)
