charge of misconduct,我會不會被學校開除？急哭了，在線等

大家真的要救救我啊。因為我被一個人揍過然後他坐了三天牢，可是沒有付我4600多的醫藥費（就是上次關於small claim的那件事）。我咽不下一口氣，就通過facebook和校內恐嚇他。我當時大概說了 "if you are still in us, you'd better get out right now. because i am hiring people to find you , and i am civil law suing your ass.oh,and i just noticed your hometown is 福建泉州,my uncle is hiring mobsters to find your parents."
當時那人叫了警察到我那來。那時警察就告訴我叫我停止，不然會起訴我恐嚇罪。然後我就到了欠。
我以為後來就沒事了，今天收到dean's office寄來的信說“I have received information from a student at university that supports an allegation of misconduct against you Therefore, i am instituting disciplinary proceedings as described in regulation governing student conduct, disciplinary proceeding and appelas." "The charges of misconduct are that allegedly on September 16, 2008, you threat the health and safety of another student.."
我真的是很本分的學生，我當時也隻不過是開了一下窗戶就被他揍。那次真的是一時發了昏才會去恐嚇他的。現在真是急哭了，留著眼淚寫這些的，請大家真的要幫幫我啊。
我可以說是國內的朋友氣不過我的遭遇，通過我的facebook和校內賬號去恐嚇他的嗎?學校會通過ip tracer之類的反駁我嗎？
我沒有編故事，我不知道怎麽會一下子發生那麽多事的
