我已經給CITY CODE ENFORCEMENT DIRETOR寫信詢問FORT WORTH CITY 有沒有CODE規定在RESIDENTIAL AREA 可以容許的噪音的最高程度.希望他們也有象HOUSTON那樣有具體規定.如果沒有的話.我要上CITY COUNCIL去呐喊去.
對於你最後一句話我的理解就是如果FORT WORTH 沒有行政法令來規範當地的噪音標準.根據州的相關法令85 db做為一個參考值,我上法庭去告他們讓他們停止或搬移那個PUMP.是不成立的.
所以我要告的話就隻有告他們噪音對我造成的傷害.那我就應該找PERSONAL INJUR LAWYER,而不是ENVIROMENT LAYER.對嗎?
我已經到我的家庭醫生那裏治療過.他已經同意給我出證明這個噪音造成我DEPRESSION.其他的"相當可信的醫學與科學的數據來證明所有的問題都是無可懷疑的由對方所產生的這個”高分貝”的聲音所造成的.您有何見教可以提供一下的呢?
