Your hu*****and needs to pay child support till the child is 18. The child support is based on salary. Going to school part time or not will not affect child support, unless he starts to do part time job and gets less paid. As you are not working, I think he may need to pay alimony for sometime. Lawyer knows.

BTW, find a job. Your hu*****and is a trash. Don't count on him paying child support on time.
