Tried my best to rewrite this;

On the filed order drafted by MY hu*****and's attorney shows MY relative can't be paid for babysitting. I didn't pay attention at all and signed. Later I tried to ask for the child care payment. MY hu*****and refused since the the existing order.

Is this order fair enough? If not, can it be modified by judge through a trail?
