回複：車在家門口被拖走了，罰$125, Cash!

一個問題,所謂的"FIRE LINE"上是否有明白的標示如果您停在這個線上,您的車會被拖走. 一般的情況除非在紅線上有明白的告示,對方不能拖您的車. (不在於您隻有半個車身壓線或是整個車身壓線,關鍵在於您所住的地區的政府是否在線上有明白的告示)
同時查一下您所居住的地方,對於違規停車的拖車是否容許車主要求一個聽證,所以您有一個申訴的機會.
以德州為例有明白的法律容許車主提出申訴.

You could be entitled to 3 times what you paid to retrieve your vehicle, plus $300, reasonable attorney fees and court cost. the maximium dollar amount is $5000. Takes longer, but well worth the wait for your day in Court.

Chapter 685 Towing Hearing Case : This type of court action determines if probable cause exist to have your vehicle towed. It's you against the towing company, the most you can recover is the towing, storage charges and filing fee.

所以並不是說您沒有方式爭取您自己的權益,關鍵在於您願意花多少時間與精神去對付這個案件.
