家庭暴利案，如何在criminal court撤訴?

老公暴力打傷我，在ER護士報警。我把他保釋後，我已在民事庭（Civil)撤訴。明天我要到criminal couty(state Vs my hu*****and)上庭 ，不知老公會不會被判刑？我可不可以要求檢察官撤訴因為我已經在民事庭（Civil)撤訴？還有法官一般會問什麽問題？
