Dear Mr. XXX,
I am writing to follow-up on a telephone conversion that you had yesterday with Ben xxx, out consulting CFO.

I want to apologize for the payment situation. But as Ben explained, XXX has been working its way through a rough cash situation which has left us unable to make timely payment to you. We are working very hard to increase our revenue which is our only source of cash. We have already cut expenses significantly.

We are projecting revenues to increase slowly over the coming months. Unfortuately, we will have to delay any payments until the mid June to early July timeframe. At that time, we hope to begin a monthly schedule of payments which would have the debt paid off over time. If possible, we will try to make some payments on the xepense elements of your invoices earlier. But that all depends upon our revenues increasing.
