First, I am not in Canada, therefore, I don't know if common law marriage is recognized in your province. However, if in US, it would be state-dependent. Not all states in US recognize common-law marriage. Because there is no legal marraige between you and the man, the man is free to marry whoever he wants.

Second, you can, will, and should get child support for both your daughter and your unborn child. That is absolutely not a problem. Consult an attorney or work things out with the man.

As to the house and income relating to the house, you will be able to get the money back.

You truely should retain an attorney. In your situation, you would benefit greatly by having help from a professional. Don't be afraid of the legal fee, it's likely you will lose more if not retaining an attorney.

You have a good case. Don't give up.

On the personal side, keep the child, every child deserve a chance, and, learn from this experience....and then, move on...
