急~棘手的租房問題

我的lease10月2日到期,今天manager通知漲價30刀,因為owner看到我溜狗的時候狗狗off leash.其實當天我的狗雖然off leash,但是在apartment後麵教會的草坪上,不應算apartment的property.但是很難扯清楚.其他tenant都沒有漲價.
實在咽不下這口氣,但是家有小嬰兒搬家困難,房東也是看準了這一點.
請教各位老大我有沒有辦法對抗他漲價.我在louisiana.//扣謝.
