stop any payment to your father, ask

your mother not to give him any money, hire a lawyer to deal with your case. I do not think you need to be present. Just be strong, if u want to be mean, your father could die pretty quick without medical aid. My guess is your father has no respect from the society. Only this kind of person would be mean to his own family members. He is weak, very weak if you are strong. Just ignore him, his confidence would drop within weeks. Apply for an order from court forbid him to get close to your mother. Be care about your mother, he may turn violent against your mother, this is the only kind of power this kind of man has.
