I think they need your parent document. Not yours.

Assume the 07 tax return is yours.
For the apply reason:
a & b I don't think apply to your parent unless they have income.
c: 6+ month.
d: Also for Chinese, need stay 6+ months/year with you. Stay in China doesn't count.
So what you need is the copy of of their passport and visa, entry stamp.
