謝謝回複， 還想再問一下撫養權問題

如果丈夫肯定要爭撫養權， 但是他的經濟能力很差，（我的經濟能力要比他好，我負擔家裏大部分費用，和家庭的保險等， 但我隻是綠卡）法院會把撫養權全權判給我嗎？現在小寶寶隻有幾個月大。

有了撫養權後， 我能帶小寶寶搬去外州或回國小住嗎?

現在對丈夫很失望，不希望失去寶寶。 謝謝大家。。。
