"For wills for hu*****and and wife and powers of attorney for health care and powers of attorney for property, I charge $1,000.00, which includes a conference to discuss your estate plan, drafts mailed to you and a conference to sign the original documents. The wills include a trust for minor children and appointing a guardian for the children."

I'm thinking about doing a will. This is a quote from a local lawyer. Do I really need to do power of attorney? Is this lawyer overpriced or reasonable? thanks fo ryour advice.
