We signed a purchase agreement with a local dealer on a 09 Sienna XLE (PE #1) with a $500 deposit. The dealer had to get the car from another dealer.

We have two questions:
1. How is the deal? Please comment on it whether you think it's good or bad.
2. If we cancel the car, will we have to pay for the cost of getting the car in? Do we get the deposit back?
The reason we want to cancel it:
1. It is not the we wanted. We looked all 4WD cars then decided to take sienna AWD. So we started to negociate with the sales men on Sienna 09 LE AWD but we needed to add more features.Finally we moved up to XLE AWD. They gave us the MRSP 31522 and we cut down to 27000 plus $500 trade in value, so the actual price was 27500. We paid $500 dollar deposit and signed "purchase and sales agreement". The same time other dealer called us and said that was impossible for a XLE AWD to be that cheap. Meanwhile the dealer got the car in from another dealer. We looked at the car and knew it was just a XLE FWD. So the dealer pulled all paper work out. It was written everywhere that we just negociated a deal on XLE FWD instaead of XLE AWD. The dealer would give us a XLE AWD which we could get from another dealer for $2000 less. We don't think it's good deal at all. We were told that we would be charged of dilivery fee plus storage fee for the one they got in if decided not to buy a car from them.
2.We just found out they charge $1000 more for the documentation fee than other dealers which was written on the "purchase and sales agreement" form also. We don't konw how we missed these things. So even we decide to by this FWD one, it'll still be $1000 more comparing to the other dealer.
