中國護照不到個6月就過期了, 還能回國嗎?

人在美國, 下周4回國開會加看望父母, 剛發現中國護照今年12月就要過期了. 本人有綠卡. 但是美國移民局有規定, 進海關時, 持外國護照進關時, 護照有效期至少是6個月.

今天去中國領事館問了, 現在中國護照一旦過期, 隻能換新護照, 最快也要能等一個月.

現在發愁死了, 到底下周能回國嗎? 移民局對綠卡持有人, 會對護照審察如此嚴格嗎?
