朋友所在公司內部糾紛，要她作證人,可否拒絕？

朋友所在公司前雇員與公司老板打官司，涉及公司財務，因朋友是公司會計，該前雇員指定要她出庭作證，朋友不想與此官司有任何瓜葛，想要拒絕，不知可否？請幫助解答，多謝！
