If so, they cannot charge you for the second since you did not sign giving them the permission to charge. It could be possible to let credit card company refuse to pay. However that will get into conflict and the shop will look for ways to get paid. You will be asked for the reason to refuse payment. You'd better find a good definition of "cheated you".
