I would think it is better for you to divorce in US.

Even though you might not be able to get child support when he works in China, there is possibility to get it in the future (if he comes back). Also, for child custody, it is better to finalize it here in US. I assume you are not going back to China. Hiring a lawyer doing it over the pacific ocean is not a good idea.
