請原諒我中英文交錯表達。

我在一印度公司做consultant，第一個項目按年新計算。 六個月後我有三個月沒有工作。公司的政策是如果工作六個月,且工資按年新計算, 就會有兩個星期的bench pay. 沒有工作的三個月,我沒有工資, 但是我仁在公司的payroll list, 且有pay stub. 這是印度公司的trick. 也許因為不小心,三個月的第一個月, 公司照樣付我工資.

從第二個項目開始, 我的工資換成percentage, 公司的政策是如果按percentage計算,我沒有holidays, relocation package, insurance. 但是公司付我的工資小於我的percentage,且沒有給出任何說明, 且不回複我的郵件. 關於我的percentage， 我有公司recruiter, payroll people的郵件作陣明,且有payment order說明我的位置按多少錢一小時計算,且我以簽署公司的benefits disclaim. 就是說我沒有benefits, 我自己付的relocation, 但是我的工資小於我的percentage.

我想知道公司所作是否合法, 現在我沒有任何辦法因為我的合約未滿, 如果我離開此公司後, 我是否可以憑借上述陣明告他.
