I just finished the hearing today. Funny thing is that I am not the only one within our conmmunity that received this kind letter, however I am the only one attended to this hearing. For people who purchased more than 3 bds townhouse , it is very hard to park within your garage if you have more than 2 cars.

Is there anyway to change the bylaw?
