I am very frustrated with the situation. Here is what I plan to do:
1. I am going to send him a certified letter, asking him to fix the problem within a certain period of time, for example, two weeks.
2. If he is still uncooperative, I will hire a licensed electrician and get the problem fixed and send the letter asking him to reimburse all the costs.
3. If he refuses, I will file a compliant at small claim court requesting for compensation.
