Apartment 鬧蟑螂, 可以以此為由終止lease嗎?

搬到現在居住的Apartment一個半月. 發現有蟑螂. 問題是我現在懷孕, 不敢用Pesticide. 請問可不可以和Manager討論終止Lease. 不知道有蟑螂的Apartment是否屬於不適合居住的building.
