Should I pay this money?

I ordered a stuff from on-line, but the first and second time the payment process took long time and I didn't get through and there were no order confirmation received. The third time the payment process went through and I got the order confirmation as well as it was confirmed by email. Three days later I got a message that one woman asked me to call back to confirm the order since there were three same orders. I called back right away, one man answered that the orders were been processed(not shipped yet) and there were no way to cancell them. But he said I can refuse to accept them, ask UPS to take them back. But I forget to confirm who is going to pay the shipping fee? Yesterday I got them but UPS didn't knok my door. I'm just not happy about it. I will call UPS to retun the two but I also want to ask the credit card company to refuse to pay the additional two unwanted stuffs. Can I do that? Thanks for any input.
