It is definitely a scam!

1. No one will buy furnitures without inspecting them at first.
2. It is very suspicious for him to ask you to withdraw the ad.
3. As this type of old scams goes, he will send you a casher's check with the amount more than your asking price, and he'll ask you to mail the extra money to his mover. His casher's check is fake, and the bank will not know it until several weeks later. The REAL money you send to his "Mover" will disappear forever.
