what I gonna do next week is:
1. I gonna call the landlord to confirm this is his final decision. If he changes his mind, then I can save much trouble.
2. After his denying, I will send him a certified letter with my new address and phone number to ask the deposit fully back, and indicating if not, after 20 days, I will file a small claim against him.

What evidence I need to collect and what I should do to make myself win?
