Need advice!!! Got Scammed on Ebay. Be aware

Here is my story:
Three weeks ago I purchased a travel certificate on Ebay. Below is the link:

To make long story short, the thing is now I believe it is a scam. I contacted few people whose travel date were in sept and nobody was able to confirm the hotel reservation. What I got so far is his email saying your dates have been blocked with your deposit.

My questions is:
What's the best way to get my money back? I paid via Paypal with my credit card. I do not think Paypal will pretect this transaction as it's considered intangible item. I need advice. Thanks a lot!
