You nay hire an attorney. The landlord may need to pay your loss plus reasonable attorney cost.

You can write a certified letter to the landlord to ask refund. Tell the landlord you plan to solve the problem in court.

The landlord suppose to send you deposit or invoice you damage in 30 days after you move out.

You need to keep all record.
