as 2nd, 3rd, opinions, call local lawyers and interview them(first 15-30 min. are usually free, ask about it),if you have enough cash, hire one with hourly pay, if you are lack of cash, hire one with % of proceeds to him as legal fee. I think you have good chance to win, though you'll need your dentist's cooperation.
