1.我隻有case number,沒有書麵報告,但警察說對方全錯.怎麽拿到這個報告?難道不是簽字後當場給報考?

Why not ask her for it? Did she show the license to the cop? It is not important.

You need make claim to their company. Or you will eventually pay for it.
