Actually this was the second time i got into such a car accident. The first time was a year ago, at a store parking lot. My car was bumped by a guy's car, he didn't wait for me, just leaving a note on my car with his phone #. The damage was not serious, but still worth repairing. I called that guy and he never answered the phone or called me back. At that time I was just thinking the way you were suggesting in your reply. I decided to let it go. And now deja vu, the same story again. This time I was kinda mad, is it some sort of trick to avoid having a hit and run by leaving contact information but never follow up so as to dodge the responsibility?
