I don't think the company will sue you.

The company may not win if it sue you because the term "competitors" is defined too broadly. I have several conworkers who resigned from my company and went to work for our clients. This was prohibited by the so-called employment agreement. Our company cannot do anything. If my company sue, it will not lose in the court but may also lose the client.
