check with court or family law workshop. If the other party have a paid job, you should be able to get your payment directly from his paycheck (with court order and some paperwork, his company/school will send you the check regularly). If he didn't pay, you can go after him plus interest. Child support is retroactive and in cases, he may lose his driver license for not complying.
