Child physical custody can be 50-50, 40-60, etc. as long there is an agreement. but usually the judge will consider the status quo. Based on which court you are in, it's not necessary to assume that the judge will favor the mom. if you want to fight, you need something convincing, like you are stable, be a good dad, spending lots time with your child in last few years, etc.

Child support: the judge will honor whatever the reasonable agreement you have between you, or they can use a formula (like DissoMaster) to figure out based on both parties' income, tax status, etc.

if you lost your job after or if you find your spouse's income changed, you can always file a petition to have child support changed. just mention your old case number and submit all the document required.
