1. You dont have to change GC. All 10 Years permanent GC are the same.

2. You need marry him for 3 years. (2y and 9m)
He has to be citizen for 3 years.
You need have permanent GC for 3 years.


If you satisfy all above conditions, you can apply in 2 Y and 9 M.
